I'm a dialogue facilitator and people-to-people diplomacy practitioner with a long-standing engagement and curiosity with Indonesia and its people. I help people and organisations create genuine connection, develop clarity, and build humble confidence with each other - especially when navigating change, cultural differences, or moments that matter.

My work centres on strengthening relationships, surfacing what's unsaid, and creating grounded, human-centred spaces where thoughtful, future-aligned action can unfold in a way that feels right for all.

Writing relatable stories that tickle and move the human spirit is something I do that also brings me great joy. It's one of the ways I get to share how human connection flourishes beyond language and culture.
